Variations - Neck

Cat/Cow (extension/flexion)
  • Only bend neck backwards and forwards as far as feels comfortable
Cobra (extension)
  • Only bend neck backwards as far as feels comfortable
Warrior II (rotation)
  • Only turn head as far as feels comfortable
Seated Twist (rotation)
  • Only turn head as far as feels comfortable
Simple Reclining Twist (rotation)
  • Only turn head as far as feels comfortable
Wide-legged seated forward bend (flexion)
  • Place more blankets underneath hips
  • Place more blankets underneath forehead
  • Sit against a wall
