VA Special Advanced Fellowships for Geriatrics: Two year advanced fellowships in research training for licensed health care professionals.
VA Quality Scholars Fellowship: Two-year program for post-residence physicians and pre- or post-doc nurses interested in experiential learning and hands-on work with quality improvement in VA healthcare systems.
VA-UCLA Neurobehavior Fellowship: Two-year clinical and research fellowship resulting in eligibility for the Behavioral Neurology and Neuropsychiatry subspecialty board examination.
Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholars Program at UCLA: Two year fellowships providing research training for physicians focused on community-partnered and policy-relevant research and the option of enrolling in an MSHS degree at the UCLA School of Public Health. Applications are due approximately 18 months prior to start date.
UCLA Specialty Training & Advanced Research (STAR) Program: Two to six year fellowships combining clinical and research training in four research tracks: 1) Basic sciences (leads to a PhD); 2) Health Services/Outcomes (leads to PhD); 3) Clinical Research (leads to a Masters of Science in Clinical Research); 4) Post-Doctoral Research Training (for those entering with an MD/PhD degree). Those applying to their clinical fellowship should also apply to the STAR program concurrently.
Primary Care and Health Services Fellowship: Two to three year fellowships providing research training for physicians focused on health services research or epidemiology and the option of enrolling in an MSHS degree at the UCLA School of Public Health.
