The Geriatric Medicine Fellowship discourages moonlighting by our fellows as we feel that the fellowship requires the full time and attention of our fellows. However, we do not prohibit moonlighting as long as the following conditions are met:

• Fellows who wish to moonlight must submit a Moonlight Notification Form to the fellowship director for signature.

• Moonlighting activities are counted in duty hour limits as set by ACGME. No fellow may violate weekly or daily duty hour limitations as a consequence of moonlighting activities.
