Screening
Process
- Call for appointment
- Written instructions and directions will be sent
- On the day of the screening
- Come on an empty stomach
- Plan to spend approximately 1 hour
- Screening Stations
- Station 0: Determine Eligibility
- Station 1: Health Screening Questionnaire
- Station 2: Mood and Memory Assessment
- Station 3: Blood Pressure, Height, Weight
- Station 4: Blood Tests for Blood Count, Kidney Function,
Glucose, Blood Salts, Cholesterol
- Station 5: Consultation with Physician
- Station 6: Targeted Health Promotion Information; Referrals
