UCLA Academic Geriatric Resource Center (AGRC)

Governance and Leadership
The UCLA campus coordinating mechanism has two elements: a Campus Advisory Committee (CAC) and the Resource Center (RC). The AGRC is directed by Campus Coordinator, David B. Reuben, MD and managed by Campus Planner, Diane C. Katz, MA, MPH. The Program Representative is Denise Gutierrez. The administrative group of the MPGMG provides fiscal, purchasing, personnel, clerical, communications and other support to the RC core. The core coordinates and supports all AGRC activities while the CAC sets campus-wide goals and approves projects. The Campus Advisory Committee, includes the following faculty members: Eleni Roumanas (Dentistry); Larry Butcher (College of Letters and Sciences); Mary Ann Lewis (Nursing); Mario Mendez (Medicine), Bruce Ferrell (Medicine), David Sultzer (Medicine); Steven Wallace (Public Health); Gary Small (Center on Aging); and JoAnn Damron-Rodriguez (Social Welfare).
